I am a PhD student at STEMD Lab, investigating the mechanisms that regulate primordial germ cells (PGC) differentiation and fertility in Klinefelter syndrome. By integrating patient-derived induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and mouse models, my research aims to uncover how an extra X chromosome affects germ cell development. I am also focused on advancing the research in the field by implementing patient-friendly techniques and identifying reliable biomarkers to improve diagnosis and guide future fertility research and treatments.
