My research interests in the STEMD lab focuses on combining CRISPR-based genetic editing tools and iPSC technique together with NGS and bioinformatics method to investigate mechanisms of genetic diseases (e.g.X chromosome aneuploidies in Klinefelter Syndrome), especially by conducting CRISPR screening in multiple iPSC- derived cell types from patients and identifying potential factors involved in disease regulation.
