Biography

(2016) BSc in Biological Sciences at the University of Palermo, Italy. Final traineeship report focused on "the study of genetic alterations in Anderson-Fabry disease” (Supervisor: Prof. G. Duro). (2019) MSc (Double Degree programme) in molecular and health biology at the University of Palermo, and MSc in molecular, cell biology and genetics obtained at the University of A Coruña, Spain . During his studies he worked at National Research Council of Palermo in the field of genetics (studying genetic mutations in lysosomal storage diseases), and at Institute of Biomedical Research of A Coruña (INIBIC) in the oncobiology field (studying the mechanisms involved in EMT in cancer progression).
