I am currently a PhD student in Prof. Adamo’s Lab. My research focuses on integrating CRISPR-based gene regulation tools with patient-derived iPSCs to model neurodevelopmental disorders. Specifically, I help develop a CRISPR interference (CRISPRi) iPSC platform to dissect how increased dosage of X-linked genes in Klinefelter syndrome influences neuronal differentiation and brain development.
