3D Reconstruction and AR/VR visualization of CNS components in Klinefelter Syndrome Brain Organoids

I am Martina, a Neuroscientist and a Visiting Student from professor Corrado Calì’s laboratory in Italy. In the STEMD lab, I am preparing Klinefelter syndrome brain organoid samples for electron microscopy imaging. This allow me to perform structural analysis and 3D reconstructions of neurons, myelin and glial cells localized in the central nervous system as astrocytes and oligodendrocytes for morphological studies at a nanoscale level within a virtual-reality or augmented-reality environment.
